Regular audit under IDW PS 951
(equivalent to ISAE 3402)
The auditing standard IDW PS 951, issued by the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany, sets out requirements for auditing the internal control system (ICS) of a service organisation; its international equivalent is ISAE 3402. An audit under IDW PS 951 focuses on the ICS of the audited company and on its relevant processes. A description of the ICS provided by the audited company forms part of the report. IDW PS 951 supports compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for companies in Germany.
ISO 27001
Our data centre partner meets the requirements of ISO 27001. This standard defines requirements for establishing, operating and continuously improving an information security management system (ISMS). The purpose of an ISMS is to set clear rules for information security processes and responsibilities and to embed them firmly within an organisation.
DORA
Since our foundation, we have offered our clients contracts compliant with the Supervisory Requirements for IT in Financial Institutions (BAIT) as part of our standard terms. In October 2024, after BaFin published its implementation guidance, we proactively converted these to the DORA requirements.
